I am not used to the temperature being in the 70s, 80s and 90s for Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years. And yet that is the norm here in South America. Just another little difference you have to adjust to while being in the foreign service.

Recent trip to Buenos Aries, Argentina and Montevideo, Uruguay. Was amazing! Pics of Argentina first.

Montevideo second.

And some of us!

2019 has been probably the best year of my life. I have the foreign service to thank for a large part of that. As we head into 2020, I want to thank you for reading this blog. I also want you to encourage to go after your dreams, goals and aspirations, whatever they may be.

Happy Holidays to you and yours, wherever you may be!

PS: Hard to believe the 2010s are just about over. I have to say this decade went faster than any other in my life! Very optimistic about the 2020s!
